David Grier graced a packed house in Tallahassee on Sunday evening with some choice
notes and arrangements. There never seems to be enough adjectives to adequately describe
his guitar playing and music. My favorite was a medley he did: David started with
"America the Beautiful", a gorgeous arrangement. I was wondering what patriotic tune he
might choose to follow...then, very much a Grier choice - the Beatles tune "Yesterday".
Wow, ya had to have been there. The crowd was spell bound for over two hours as David
worked his magic. We very much appreciate David sharing his gift with us.

5th Annual Guitar-Art Show

These photos are from our 5th Annual Guitar-Art Show. We expanded our show
this year to include three other artists; Hank Taylor, violin maker; Ken
Horne who make beautiful engraved powder horns and Steffany Appleton maker
of new heirloom jewelry. The show was a great success and it was topped off
by a workshop and concert featuring Florida flatpicking virtuoso Allen Shadd.
